Help A Child Project - Ananthakumarasamy camp in Cheddikulam.
Books and Stationary donated by the Lend-A-Hand Fund to schools children of the Ananthakumarasamy camp in Cheddikulam. 1st August 20011
This is a camp for people displaced by the conflict from Vanni in 2009. Among those living here are children who lack the normal educational facilities. These children have lost either one or both parents. Those living in the camp do not have any facilities to educate the children, though these children are eager to continue their education.

‘Lend-A-Hand Fund’ has provided School Stationary to children many times. Through Joanne Senn I have been able to help many displaced children in Cheddikulum and Killinochchi. The assistance of ‘Lend-A-Hand Fund’ has been very useful to the children. I am grateful to the organization.
